Yardi Analyst

Department: Technology ______________ Company: Canary Wharf Limited ______________ Reporting to: Yardi Product Owner ______________ Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Yardi Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing level 1 and 2 support and assisting with the ticket management of our Yardi Platform, and Yardi themselves an out-source provider of CWG’s level 1 Yardi support. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills, be adaptable, and have previous Yardi experience. Salary circa £60,000 per annum Main Responsibilities Lead support and configuration enhancements of Yardi modules. Understand and establish business requirements onto the Product team backlog for system improvements. Own and manage the level 1 support model (currently outsourced to Yardi), which involves reviewing all tickets and queries that come from the Yardi helpdesk Oversee internal helpdesk ticketing system for tasks managed and administered by Yardi Product team. Attend all relevant calls with Yardi to ensure continuous good working relationships and flagging risks and issues as early as possible. Maintain security and access framework in the Yardi Platform, including but not limited to user security, permissions and menus. Develop and Document Yardi product team internal procedures Generate reports and assist with issue analysis, as needed. Provide assistance with maintenance and enhancement requests of the Yardi Platform. Assist with troubleshooting technical and operational issues. Stay up-to-date on new features and updates to the Yardi suite of products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the Yardi Platform and integration with other platforms. Support the Product team in championing best practice and overall positive user experience of Yardi. Other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. PERSON SPECIFICATION 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the Real Estate industry. Extensive knowledge of Yardi Voyager Core is essential. Experience working with the Yardi Residential products is desirable. Knowledge of Yardi Reporting Tools, SQL and custom tables. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Experience with out-source providers is desirable.
