This is a full-time role built for someone who takes pride in clean execution, thorough testing, and clear communication. You will work inside a structured ticketing system, handling everything from content edits to minor technical builds while maintaining a consistently high bar for quality.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Process a daily queue of client website requests through a ticketing system, including content updates, design adjustments, and new landing pages</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute WordPress changes spanning custom CSS/HTML, template edits, and basic-to-intermediate PHP and JavaScript</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct rigorous self-QA on every task: verify across browsers and devices, test all forms, links, menus, and interactive elements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Write professional client-facing update summaries for internal review before delivery</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with developers and account managers to align on scope, requirements, and priorities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify patterns in recurring issues and surface recommendations for process or template improvements</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep all sites secure, organized, and adhering to development best practices</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solid WordPress development background with hands-on experience in themes, plugins, child themes, and custom post types</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and working knowledge of PHP and JavaScript</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience with leading page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Gutenberg) and the ability to customize beyond their defaults</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track record of managing multiple live client sites simultaneously</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Meticulous attention to detail and a self-QA mindset before every handoff</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Professional written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
