WAREHOUSE ADMIN CLERK (JURU)

Job Description

Responsibilities: -
  1. Responsible for the planning, processing and organizing order, and delivery of good.
  2. To coordinate well with warehouse workers and ensure all warehouse activities smooth operation of the warehouse.
  3. To handle warehouse's administration works such issuing delivery order, shipping record, stocks enquiries & etc.
  4. Assist in preparing and conducting stock-take activities.
  5. Handle warehouse daily activities such as incoming and outgoing stock.
  6. Plan and maintain inventory and storage area.
  7. Able to communicate with customer to ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
  8. Any ad hoc duty assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirement: -
  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
  2. At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the Warehouse & Logistic fields, experiences in Building Material will be add advantage.
  3. Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft office would be required.
  4. A proactive team player who able to work under pressure, work independently with minimum supervision.
  5. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
  6. Dedicated, careful, good communication, responsible, and ability to work in a team.
  7. Working Location (Warehouse): Taman Industri Seri Juru, 14000 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
