Veterinarian Duties & Responsibilities

Veterinarian Selection Criteria

  • Min 5 years experience in Small Animal Medicine, fresh grads applications are also encouraged
  • Possess a recognized degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field
  • Provide efficient and prompt medical services to all clients
  • Meticulous, patient, compassionate and sensitive to the needs of patients.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in shifts (6 days/week) and public holidays to support hospital emergency case.
  • Willing to participate in all animal welfare/educative outreach programs
The primary responsibilities of a veterinarian include:
  • Administering immunizations
  • Conducting physical examinations
  • Providing emergency care
  • Performing surgery and dental procedures
  • Euthanizing animals
  • Advising clients on care of their pets
Job Type: Full-time Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Experience:
  • Veterinary Practice: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:
  • Annual Practicing Certificate from MVC (Required)
