Position Title: Travelling School Assembly Presenter

Duration: 12 to 15 month Contract (opportunity to transition to Full Time position upon completion)

Start date: April 1st, 2026 (estimate) - End date June 30, 2027

Compensation: $40,000-$45,000 salary with benefit package

Location: Based in the Calgary area and includes extensive travel across Western & Northern Canada (with potential travel to US and other regions within Canada)

Earth Rangers is the kids’ conservation organization, committed to instilling environmental knowledge, positivity, and the confidence to take action in children.

Since 2004, we’ve inspired over 2.1 million elementary school students across Canada through our live, high-production-value school assemblies. The program is offered free to schools and is designed to be unforgettable. Our shows are energetic, interactive, and purpose-driven, consistently receiving rave reviews from students, teachers, and administrators.

With growing demand across Western Canada, we are expanding our Calgary-based team to bring this experience to even more communities.

What You’ll be Doing - Perform. Travel. Inspire.

During the school year, you’ll travel throughout Western and Northern communities delivering one or two live assemblies per day.

· Drive to schools across Western & Northern Canada

· Load, unload, set up, and tear down show equipment

· Deliver high-energy, interactive presentations to large student audiences

· Represent Earth Rangers in schools and communities

· Serve as an ambassador for youth empowerment and conservation

Travel stretches may last several weeks at a time and occur multiple times throughout the school year. All travel expenses outside Calgary are covered.

· Learning and rehearsing the new presentation

· Professional development and content refinement

· Flexible scheduling while preparing for the upcoming tour season

· You may support light content review, quality assurance, or administrative tasks

· If no additional tasks are assigned, those days are considered free days

What We’re Looking For

· Comfortable speaking to a large audience

· Experience acting, delivering presentations, and/or facilitating educational programs with a young audience

· Ability to set up and adjust A/V equipment (training will be provided)

· Extensive travel

· Valid driver’s license

· Criminal record check

· Ability to lift 50lbs and capable of meeting the physical demands of the position
