As an Insurance telemarketer, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community.
If you have the ability to build rapport with customers, set appointments, follow up, and be consistent day by day, this is the position for you!
Here at the Peace of Mind Agency, you will set appointments for the Licensed Agents to quote customers Home, Auto, Life and other policies. You can make additional commissions and bonuses off of kept appointments set to Licensed Sales Producers.
Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
Job Qualifications
Prior Telemarketing Experience
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Prior Sales Experience.
Hourly Base pay +Commission + Bonus
