You will own the client relationship throughout the integration process, leveraging your deep technical background to guarantee a smooth and successful experience. This role requires you to be the bridge between expert project management and a profound understanding of APIs, architectural patterns, and client systems.<h4>Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li>Lead the delivery of product rollout projects, managing scope and technical risks to ensure delivery is in line with contractual commitments.</li><li>Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders to analyze technical and functional requirements and define the optimal integration strategy.</li><li>Act as the primary technical expert on the Loyal Guru API, explaining its features, data models, and authentication methods to client developers and architects.</li><li>Manage client relationships as the main point of contact for delivery, using strong interpersonal skills to build trust and an excellent working relationship.</li><li>Create and prioritize the delivery roadmap based on business value and technical risk.</li><li>Proactively coordinate delivery tasks between internal and external teams to make things happen.</li><li>Accurately monitor client projects with appropriate metrics, including status reports, risk management, and budget tracking.</li><li>Ensure contractual commitments and deadlines are met, diplomatically protecting teams from unproductive distractions.</li></ul><h4>🎯 Your Profile:</h4><ul><li>You have 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, with a mandatory background as a Software Developer, Solutions Architect, or a similar hands-on technical role.</li><li>You have a solid understanding of project management methodologies (knowledge of PMBOK is essential).</li><li>You have a deep understanding of APIs, data modeling, system integration patterns, and Software as a Service (SaaS) principles.</li><li>You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (C1), with a proven ability to build empathetic, trust-based relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.</li><li>You have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, combined with a highly organized and structured approach to your work.</li><li>You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or have equivalent work experience).</li></ul><h4>Desirable Skills:</h4><ul><li>PMP certification.</li><li>Previous experience in the Retail sector.</li><li>Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).</li><li>Spanish and French - B2 level</li></ul><h4>🎁 Perks de ser un Loyal Guru</h4>Además de un equipo internacional, apasionado y dinámico, esto es lo que hace diferente trabajar en Loyal Guru:<h4>🌟 Flexibilidad y Conciliación</h4><ul><li>Horario flexible.</li><li>Jornada intensiva: Todos los viernes y durante todo agosto.</li><li>Día libre por tu cumpleaños.</li><li>25 días de vacaciones.</li></ul>🚀 Crecimiento Profesional<ul><li>Presupuesto para formación y clases de idiomas.</li></ul><h4>💖 Bienestar</h4><ul><li>Acceso a Wellhub y BH Bienestar (cuidado físico y emocional).</li><li>50% de descuento en seguro de salud (Sanitas).</li><li>Clases de yoga en la oficina y pádel de equipo.</li></ul>¿Te imaginas trabajando con nosotros?
