As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll leverage your expertise to identify top talent, elevate the hiring experience, and drive high‑impact recruiting outcomes. Partnering across teams, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to deliver a strategic, high‑touch recruiting experience rooted in market expertise and exceptional candidate care. You’ll collaborate with an energetic, high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment to lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts for Huron’s Healthcare Consulting Practice. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Partner with your Recruiting Lead and TA colleagues to execute targeted recruiting strategies. Juggle multiple hiring priorities with confidence, delivering strong outcomes across each. Keep clients consistently informed with meaningful updates, market insights, and clear data points. Build strong, collaborative relationships with HR, Operations, Compensation, and Resource Management. Recruiting & Sourcing Draft and post compelling job descriptions that attract a diverse slate of talent. Use a variety of sourcing methods—job boards, social media, networking, referrals—to engage high‑quality candidates. Maintain clean, accurate data across the ATS and related systems. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle with a focus on transparency, efficiency, and candidate experience. Ensure candidates consistently receive an exceptional experience from first touch through offer. Talent Assessment Learn and apply Huron’s interview framework to drive consistency and quality of hire. Review resumes, assess qualifications, and evaluate candidate fit with clarity and fairness. Conduct thoughtful recruiter screens, providing well‑written summaries and clear recommendations to hiring teams. Facilitate productive interview debriefs that support confident, aligned hiring decisions. Communication & Professional Acumen Communicate effectively with audiences at all levels, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate strong self‑awareness and sound judgment, elevating issues when needed. Required Experience Authorization to work in the U.S. Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience—consulting, corporate, professional services, or executive search. Strong change agility and the ability to manage competing priorities. Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and partner with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Boolean search. Key Responsibilities Media Relations & Story Development Lead pitch development, outreach, and briefing for priority announcements, research, and thought leadership. Build and maintain relationships with key reporters, outlets, and industry media; secure high-quality coverage aligned to strategic priorities. Draft and refine press releases, media statements, talking points, and related materials. Develop proactive strategies to drive awareness of Huron’s sector expertise in collaboration with marketing and social media, through tentpole media initiatives. Executive Visibility & Thought Leadership Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to translate insights into externally facing content (e.g., bylines, expert commentary). Support executive visibility efforts, including speaking opportunities, award submissions, and media preparation. Reputation & Issues Support Support issues or crisis-related communications, including message development, holding statements, and cross-functional alignment. Ensure consistent narrative, tone, and brand voice across all external touchpoints. Measurement & Reporting Track communications performance using KPIs such as coverage quality, share of voice, message pull-through, sentiment, and digital impact. Prepare summaries and insights for marketing and business leadership to inform decisions and demonstrate outcomes.
