As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Responsibilities • Install solar panels and associated equipment on rooftops and ground-mounted systems. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient installation processes. • Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar systems. • Utilize power tools, hand tools, and forklifts safely and effectively during installations. • Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines to ensure all installations meet regulatory standards. • Perform low voltage wiring and connections as needed for system integration. • Maintain a clean and organized construction site throughout the installation process. • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or operation of solar systems. • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and expectations.
