Small Business Sales - Local Territory & Great Training

You'll be out in the field every day, owning your schedule, building relationships with business owners, and getting paid based on your performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Prospecting and new client acquisition in your assigned territory through face-to-face interactions
- Setting appointments with business owners and decision-makers
- Conducting 1:1 enrollment meetings with employees to explain supplemental insurance options
- Closing sales and servicing existing business accounts
- Using our CRM to organize your prospecting, follow-ups, and territory management
- You'll be in the field most days, with some time in the office (1-2x each week) for sales meetings and training with top performers.
