Service Release & Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

<p><span><strong>Come join our amazing team and work remote from home!</strong></span></p><p><span>The Service Release and Acquisition Specialist is responsible for interacting with Buyers and Servicers to coordinate acquisitions and service releases. Performs all duties in accordance with all company guidelines and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.  The target pay range for this position is $21.00/hr - $22.00/hr.  </span></p><p><span><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Develops and maintains project schedules and task lists for loan acquisitions and servicing transfers.</span></li><li><span>Maintains/monitors acquisition project task lists and post conversion task lists.</span></li><li><span>Notifies and coordinates with servicing teams to complete tasks required for a service release.</span></li><li><span>Generates reports/lists required by new Servicer for servicing transfers.</span></li><li><span>Ensures data provided to new Servicer is complete and accurate.</span></li><li><span>Produces and maintains concise reporting on service release information.</span></li><li><span>Maintains appropriate files by transfer or acquisition, which contain relevant information relating to the sale and transfer.</span></li><li><span>Coordinates conference calls between all involved parties to ensure efficient acquisitions/releases.</span></li><li><span>Assists Management in developing and/or updating department procedures.</span></li><li><span>Prepares and/or reviews reports/data files received for acquisitions.</span></li><li><span>Assists Management with planning, distributing and monitoring post-acquisition tasks.</span></li><li><span>Tracks delivery of required acquisition reports and distributes to appropriate servicing teams.</span></li><li><span>Participates in acquisition data mapping sessions.</span></li></ul><p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent work experience, some college preferred.</li><li>A minimum of two years in mortgage banking experience</li><li>Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
