including the CCNA Operational Quality Manual.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Monitor and analyze regional quality metrics, consumer complaint data, and operational trends to proactively identify and mitigate risks.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality system failures and IMCR events.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Support commercialization and replication processes for new products and packages, cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, technical innovation, and stewardship, to drive regional initiatives and troubleshoot
