Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive member information. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide suggestions for streamlining claim processing. Train and mentor junior team members on claims processing procedures and policies. Stay updated on industry changes and updates to ensure compliance and accuracy in claims processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claim issues and escalate as necessary. Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in claim data and make recommendations for improvement. Adhere to productivity and quality standards set by the company. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on claim processing and customer service issues. Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management. Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and ensure timely processing of claims. Maintain accurate and organized records of all claims processed.
