Customer Support Executive (Night Shift – Work From Home)Location: Remote (India)
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Night Shift)Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions during night hours in a fully remote setup. This is a pure support role focused on resolving queries, ensuring smooth coordination, and delivering a reliable customer experience.What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer queries via calls, chat, WhatsApp, and email
- Resolve issues related to bookings, services, and ongoing requests
- Provide accurate information and timely updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
- Escalate critical issues as per defined processes
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems
- Ensure high response quality and customer satisfaction
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support / customer service
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi required; Kannada is a plus)
- Comfortable working night shifts (US/UK time zones)
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently
- Calm, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools / Excel
- Laptop will be provided by the company
- Stable high-speed internet connection required
