Customer Support Executive (Night Shift – Work From Home)

Location: Remote (India)

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Night Shift)

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions during night hours in a fully remote setup. This is a pure support role focused on resolving queries, ensuring smooth coordination, and delivering a reliable customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer queries via calls, chat, WhatsApp, and email
  • Resolve issues related to bookings, services, and ongoing requests
  • Provide accurate information and timely updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
  • Escalate critical issues as per defined processes
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems
  • Ensure high response quality and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support / customer service
  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi required; Kannada is a plus)
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US/UK time zones)
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently
  • Calm, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools / Excel
