Job Description The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the accurate and timely scheduling of services. This role serves as a critical communication link between various stakeholders.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Deliver quality customer service on a timely basis to all clients and stakeholders</li><li>Interact with clients to ensure services are accurately scheduled and documented</li><li>Facilitate communication between a diverse customer base including Insurance Carriers, Provider Offices, Attorney Offices, and Injured Workers (Claimants)</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of all scheduling activities and communications</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures</li></ul><h2>Schedule Requirements</h2><ul><li>This is a fully remote position. Must be available to work between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday</li><li>Flexibility within these hours is required to ensure scheduling coverage</li></ul> Qualifications <h2>Required Skills & Qualifications</h2><ul><li>HS Diploma/Equivalent </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Proficiency with scheduling software and office applications</li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy</li><li>Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure</li><li>Experience in customer service or related field</li><li>Experience in team collaboration skills</li></ul> Benefits We’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $14.75 - $20.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
