Position Summary
Alter Domus is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC) and exposure to the broader SuccessFactors suite. In this role, you will lead end-to-end technical configuration, data operations, system integration, and global rollouts across US, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will collaborate closely with internal People Tech teams, product managers, business analysts, and external delivery partners (e.g., Effective People, SAP) to design and deliver high-impact HR technology solutions aligned with the strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Configuration: Configure standard SAP SuccessFactors features, complex Business Rules, Workflows, Metadata Framework (MDF) Objects, Foundation Objects, and custom solutions.
- Global HR Localization: Drive alignment on country-specific HR requirements across US, EMEA, and APAC regions during interactive requirement-gathering workshops.
- System Integration: Utilize SAP APIs, Integration Center, and custom interface solutions to integrate SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.
- Data Operations & Migration: Execute data extraction, data loading, imports, and migration tasks to support project implementations and ongoing system modifications.
- Emerging Tech & AI Integration: Work with emerging technologies across SAP and non-SAP platforms in the fields of AI, automation, and data analytics to optimize People Tech capabilities.
- End-to-End Implementation: Participate in all phase activities including requirements gathering, impact/risk assessment, testing, deployment/moves to production, and real-time environment support.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration: Work iteratively with Product Managers, Business Analysts, business owners, external service providers (e.g., Effective People), and SAP to deliver projects on time and in alignment with the People Tech roadmap.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Core Expertise: Strong background as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with broad familiarity across the entire SuccessFactors suite.
- Technical Mastery: Proven hands-on experience in MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Integration Center, and SAP APIs.
- Global HR Knowledge: In-depth understanding of standard HR processes and regional compliance/country requirements across US, EMEA, and APAC.
- Data Management: Proven ability to manage data loads, extractions, and complex data migration efforts.
- Emerging Technologies: Working knowledge of AI capabilities (SAP & third-party) and process automation solutions.
- Soft Skills & Flexibility: Excellent requirement-gathering, workshop facilitation, risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills; experience operating seamlessly across international timezones with competing priorities.
