Salesforce QA Analyst (Remote)
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote (U.S. candidates only)</p><p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Contract</p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Up to $52/hr C2C, depending on experience</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Salesforce QA Analyst to join a collaborative Agile team responsible for supporting and enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud applications. This role will focus on validating new functionality, testing integrations, and ensuring high-quality releases across a complex Salesforce environment.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong QA background with hands-on Salesforce testing experience and the ability to partner effectively with developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories.</li><li>Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce applications.</li><li>Validate Salesforce configurations, including Flows, permissions, profiles, reports, dashboards, and related components.</li><li>Test Salesforce Service Cloud enhancements and integrations with external systems.</li><li>Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and REST APIs.</li><li>Identify, document, track, and retest defects throughout the software development lifecycle.</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables.</li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives.</li><li>Support automation efforts using tools such as Selenium or Playwright.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.</li><li>Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, with a strong preference for Salesforce Service Cloud.</li><li>Experience creating test scenarios and validating business requirements.</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, user roles, profiles, and permissions.</li><li>Experience testing APIs and integrations.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience validating Apex classes, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.</li><li>Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.</li><li>Salesforce certifications are a plus.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern testing practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>
