Sales Agent-Fully Remote (Egypt Based-Saudi Speakers Only).

<h3 dir="ltr"><span><strong>About the Role:</strong></span></h3><p dir="ltr">We are looking for a results-driven<span> <strong>Sales Agent</strong> </span>based in Egypt, with<span> </span><strong>native-level fluency in the Saudi dialect</strong>, to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has solid retail sales experience and a strong background in HR services or BPO industry.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>NOTE: </strong><br><strong>This role is exclusively only for native-level Saudi dialect speakers.</strong></p><h3 dir="ltr"><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></h3><p dir="ltr">-Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.</p><p dir="ltr">-Handle outbound and inbound sales calls with Saudi clients.</p><p dir="ltr">-Present and promote services in a professional and engaging manner.</p><p dir="ltr">-Build strong, long-term client relationships.</p><p dir="ltr">-Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.</p><p dir="ltr">-Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.</p><p dir="ltr">-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.</p><p></p><h3 dir="ltr"><span><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></h3><p dir="ltr"><strong>-1–3 years of sales experience.</strong></p><p dir="ltr">-Previous experience in<span> </span><strong>HR services or BPO industry is preferred.</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>-Must be based in Egypt and able to work remotely.</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>-MUST have native-level fluency in Saudi dialect (Mandatory).</strong></p><p dir="ltr">-Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.</p><p dir="ltr">-Strong sales mindset and target-driven attitude.</p><p dir="ltr">-Ability to work independently in a remote setup.</p>
