Remote Virtual Assistant – Real Estate

We are a growing real estate investment company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our team. The VA will handle research, lead management, CRM updates, reporting, and occasional phone communication. This is a fully remote role with opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct online research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Upload and organize new leads into our CRM system.
  • Make and receive phone calls when needed (screening, scheduling, or follow-ups).
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and update Excel reports on a regular basis.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar preferred).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in real estate or property management.
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate processes and terminology.
  • Customer service or phone support background.

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly rate or monthly salary (depending on experience).
  • Potential for performance-based bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3.00 - $7.00 per hour
