The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications and backend systems, while collaborating with various teams to deliver robust cloud-native solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and backend systems Build and optimize RESTful APIs, integrations, and distributed architectures to ensure high reliability and performance Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, robust, and cloud-native solutions Contribute to architectural decisions, technical strategy, and system design discussions Develop and deploy applications and services across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments Support DevOps initiatives by enhancing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and improving monitoring systems Skills Have strong proficiency in software development using one or more modern programming languages Have hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure cloud platforms Possess knowledge of modern DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation Have experience with NLP, LLM, and building AI-powered or data-driven systems Be proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, with experience in frontend development being a plus Company Overview Crossing Hurdles connects skilled professionals with opportunities across AI training platforms and high-growth companies.
