Passion Home Health Services is seeking a responsive and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to clients, families, and prospective patients through online chat platforms. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and timely communication in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client and visitor inquiries via live chat

  • Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and general policies

  • Assist with basic intake questions and direct inquiries to appropriate departments

  • Document chat interactions accurately in internal systems

  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications

  • Escalate urgent concerns or clinical questions to supervisors or nursing staff

  • Follow company confidentiality policies and HIPAA guidelines

  • Meet response time and quality performance standards

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, online support, or healthcare support preferred
