The role involves applying the ADDIE instructional design model and collaborating with team members to manage timelines and report progress. Responsibilities Apply the ADDIE instructional design model Analyze content and design effective learning solutions Develop e-learning courses, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and job aids Use standard templates and follow established guidelines, procedures, and quality standards Manage timelines, report progress, and escalate issues when needed Collaborate effectively with team members using communication and collaboration tools Skills 5+ years of instructional design, training, or learning experience Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Microsoft Word & PowerPoint, WellSaid, Camtasia Bachelor's degree in Learning & Performance, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a related field Experience in a consumer-focused organization Background in healthcare and/or insurance industries Company Overview Dice is the go-to career marketplace for tech professionals.
