Job Summary:

  • Progressive Technology is seeking a dedicated and proactive Remote Customer Support Assistant to join our team supporting Coca-Colas customer service operations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience while interacting with the brand. As part of our remote team, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive and professional relationship with Coca-Colas valued customers.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat channels, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction with the Coca-Cola brand.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including promotions and special offers, to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in documenting customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments when needed to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Follow company protocols and policies to ensure consistency in support delivery.
  • Maintain response time and quality standards set by the company and Coca-Cola.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in customer support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
  • Comfortable with using digital tools and platforms to manage customer interactions and track issues.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a remote working environment is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in the beverage or food industry is a plus, though not required.
  • Working Hours:
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Flexible working hours within the range of 8 AM to 8 PM (local time), Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional weekend shifts may be required, with prior notice provided.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of customer service best practices.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries at once.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Coca-Cola products, services, and brand values is an advantage.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software and tools.
