They are seeking a Content Creator to drive growth on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram by creating engaging content that resonates with audiences. Responsibilities Appear on camera regularly across Reels, TikToks, trends, talking head, and storytelling formats Partner with the Social Media Manager on scripts, concepts, and hooks before filming Develop and test content formats fast. Kill what doesn't work, double down on what does Produce UGC-style and paid ad content that converts across the funnel Track performance weekly and connect content decisions to growth metrics Stay ahead of platform trends and bring native ideas to the table Collaborate on campaign moments, product launches, and patient stories Skills Proven track record of growing a brand or personal account. We want to see numbers Strong UGC and paid ad content background Naturally engaging on camera. Not just comfortable, actually compelling Fast executor.
