[Remote] AI First Engineer Architect

Responsibilities

• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with React 19
• Experience with ORMs, specifically Drizzle
• Experience with Node.js

• Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems

• Familiarity with FHIR standards
• Experience with serverless architecture, specifically AWS reputed company
• Ability to work end to end across the platform including frontend, backend, database reputed company, and infrastructure
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
