Job Description:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans
Direct sales forecasting activities
Review market analyses to determine customer needs
Represent company at trade shows
Deliver effective sales and technical training
Participate in product research and provide new product ideas

Requirements:

5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management
Experience working with large national distributors and dealers preferred
Access control experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced experience in sales reporting utilizing CRM (Salesforce.com)
Experience with an ERP system is a plus
Computer literacy including advanced skills in Microsoft applications.
