Regional Sales Manager – Commercial and Residential Gates
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Direct sales forecasting activities
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs
- Represent company at trade shows
- Deliver effective sales and technical training
- Participate in product research and provide new product ideas
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years sales experience in related channel sales management
- Experience working with large national distributors and dealers preferred
- Access control experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced experience in sales reporting utilizing CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus
- Computer literacy including advanced skills in Microsoft applications.
