Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support our Markham office. This role combines front-desk duties with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations and a well-organized office environment.

This position involves interaction with clients and visitors. Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are considered an asset to support communication when needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal events
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to advisors and team members
  • Assist with onboarding and internal coordination as required
