About the Role
As a Project Assistant, you play a key role in ensuring furniture projects are executed smoothly from concept to completion. You’ll support furniture sales orders and project delivery while working closely with our internal team, vendor partners, contractors, customer service representatives, and clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
This is a full‑time position (37.5 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
Assist with projects from initial client meetings through furniture specification, pricing, presentations, and quotes
Work directly with clients on space planning, design concepts, and finish selections
Develop and review product specifications, double‑checking details against plans and preparing order entries using electronic specification programs
Understand project scope, product offerings, and manufacturers to ensure client vision and functional needs are met
Serve as a point of contact for dealer activities, services, and order coordination, working closely with the project team
Act as a liaison between clients and manufacturers, always maintaining a people‑first approach
Support the organization and upkeep of the HUB Sample Library
Assist with identifying and tracking project opportunities within the local market
Provide general administrative support as needed
