Primary Care Physician (MD or DO)

The Primary Care Physician (PCP) will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, manage chronic conditions, and promote preventive health measures. The PCP supports the Director of Primary Care and ensures quality medical care while maintaining compliance with federal grants, OSHA, Medical Board, and HHC policies.
