Phone Calls Needed – Dealership Labor Rate Survey (Simple Calls)

We need someone to make approximately 7–10 phone calls to car dealerships to collect labor rate information for a warranty labor rate submission. This is a standard industry process — nothing salesy, no cold calling in the traditional sense. You're simply collecting two numbers from each store.

What you'll do:

Call dealerships from a list we provide, ask to speak with a service advisor, and collect their Customer Pay labor rate and Warranty labor rate. That's it. Each call should take 2–5 minutes max.

We'll provide the list of dealerships, phone numbers, and a simple call script. You'll record the rates in a shared spreadsheet as you go.
