- Dispatch Fee: 8%
- Cargo Liability Insurance: $250/week
- Admin Fee: $100/week (Also includes ELD subscription)
- Trailer Fee: $200/week

- Pay Per Mile: $2.25 - $2.80 per load mile (street loads)

- Payday: Every Friday
- First Payment: 1 week behind (Example: Start Monday >paid next Friday for previous week)
