<p>Description</p><p>Summit Truck Equipment is a manufacturer of high quality, custom designed service and lubrication truck bodies and accessories, which are sold to the field service industry. We are looking for a Sales Representative to build relationships with key decision makers within a wide variety of different industries including construction, fleet, mining and transportation in order to sell truck mounted, service and lubrication truck bodies on all brands of heavy and medium-duty chassis including: Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Mack, Volvo, Ford, Dodge, Chevy and International. You will enjoy excellent company training and support and the autonomy of working from a home office residing in your sales territory which will encompass Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.</p><p>WE OFFER A FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE FOR ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING:</p><p> Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</p><p> Life (Voluntary and Employer Paid) and Disability Insurance</p><p> 401(K) with company match beginning with your first contribution.</p><p> HSA and/or FSA</p><p> Company Paid Holidays</p><p> Employee Car Discount Program</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p> Attain the sales and gross profit objectives set by the Sales Manager.</p><p> Possess high energy level.</p><p> Ability to travel extensively.</p><p> Meet customer needs by establishing lasting relationships.</p><p> Ability to work from home-laptop and cellphone provided.</p><p> Regularly call on established accounts.</p><p> Establish and qualify new accounts.</p><p> Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers.</p><p> Maintain familiarity with all products, programs and dealership credit policies.</p><p> Keep in daily contact with major accounts.</p><p> Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.</p><p> Complete tasks within expenses budgeted for travel and entertainment.</p><p> Maintain equipment and troubleshoot problems.</p><p> Assist in the shop with equipment issues as needed.</p><p> Provide additional help in areas as needed.</p><p>Requirements</p><p>WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:</p><p> Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.</p><p> Climbing in and out of vehicles.</p><p> Occasional stooping and bending.</p><p> Ability to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs.</p><p> Normal range of hearing and vision.</p><p>REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:</p><p> MVR in good standing.</p><p> Direct knowledge or experience selling trucks is a plus.</p><p> Industry related experience is helpful.</p><p> Mechanical skills and troubleshooting experience.</p><p> Ability to work independently and with a group.</p><p> Able High school diploma or equivalent.</p><p> Valid driver's license.</p><p> Ability to obtain a CDL B</p><p> Excellent verbal and communication skills.</p><p> Successful track record of developing relationships and closing sales or the desire to learn.</p><p> Detail oriented.</p><p> Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check.</p><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?dZQAwLIHhpeRGUYLvmXsJQd" width="0" height="0">
