Operations Manager (Baywash Operations)

We specialize in high-end detailing, from premium snow washes to advanced ceramic coatings, serving a discerning clientele.
We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to lead our service teams, optimize workflows, and uphold our reputation for luxury car care.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Site Oversight: Manage daily operations across all Baywash outlets to ensure maximum efficiency and consistent service quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise Outlet Supervisors and Detailing Crews. Manage recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure all car detailing services (interior/exterior) meet the "Baywash Gold Standard."
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement SOPs to improve turnaround time without compromising quality.
- Inventory & Vendor Management: Oversee the procurement of premium detailing chemicals, equipment, and consumables; manage relationships with suppliers.
- Customer Excellence: Resolve escalated customer feedback and maintain high retention rates through superior service delivery.
- Financial Performance: Monitor outlet P&L, manage operational budgets, and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Mall Liaison: Maintain professional relationships with Mall Management regarding facilities, water/electricity usage, and security.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in Automotive Detailing, High-End Retail, or Hospitality.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a "hands-on" approach to management.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with car detailing products (e.g., Fireball, coatings) and car park management systems is a significant advantage.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel between mall locations.
- Availability: Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays if operational needs arise (this is a retail-based environment).
