About the Client:
Our client is a globally recognised automotive technology organisation and leading supplier to the automotive industry, offering an exciting opportunity to join their London team as a temporary Office Manager/Assistant on a 3-month assignment.

About the Role:
This is a 3-month temporary assignment starting as soon as possible. The client is looking for an engaging and resourceful Office Manager / Assistant who can juggle a range of priorities. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the London office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
  • Maintaining office and kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, office events, visitor management, and general workspace organisation.
  • Meeting and greeting guests, as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the CHRO and wider team.
  • Additional administrative tasks, as required.

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous experience in an Office Assistant or Office Manager.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a hands-on approach and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively.

Additional Information:

  • Salary £40-45K equivalent, dependent on experience
  • ASAP start
  • 3 month temportary assigmment, may be longer
  • West end location
  • Fully office based, with core hours 8:30am-4:30pm
