Utility Laborer

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour

Supports daily construction site operations by preparing job sites, handling materials, and assisting skilled trades. This is an entry-to-mid level role with opportunities to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare construction sites
  • Load/unload materials and assist crew members
  • Operate basic hand and power tools
  • Assist with concrete work and general labor tasks
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of construction or labor experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Commitment to jobsite safety

Pipe Layer – HDPE Piping & Certified Fuser

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour

Responsible for installing and fusing HDPE piping systems for utility and infrastructure projects. This role includes trench work, pipe alignment, and performing fusion methods (butt, electrofusion, or socket fusion) per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, align, and fuse HDPE piping systems
  • Read blueprints and ensure proper grade and placement
  • Operate and maintain fusion equipment
  • Assist with trenching, backfilling, and site preparation
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Certified HDPE Fuser preferred
  • Experience with pipeline or utility construction
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments

Equipment Operator – Backhoe

Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour

Operates backhoe equipment for excavation, trenching, pipe installation, and backfill operations. Plays a key role in site development and underground utility work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate backhoe safely and efficiently
  • Perform excavation, grading, and material handling
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
  • Follow all safety procedures and attend safety meetings

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of backhoe operating experience
  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
