Our model brings together licensed therapists, innovative technology, and a deeply human approach to help people manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges—on their terms.</p> <p>As we grow, we’re seeking skilled, compassionate <strong>licensed mental health professionals</strong> to join our remote care team. If you're a <strong>North Carolina licensed <span data-sheets-root="1">LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, or LPC</span> </strong>looking to make an impact through virtual care, we’d love to connect.</p> <p>Our ability to provide supervision for non-independent mental health professionals varies by state and license, but we also encourage you to apply. We try to support non-independent licensees when possible. </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans<br><br></li> <li>Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms<br><br></li> <li>Support Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with flexibility to work with members with substance use disorders at times. <br><br></li> <li>Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system<br><br></li> <li>Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment<br><br></li> <li>Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations<br><br></li> <li>Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations<br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Active and verifiable license from one of the following <strong>North Carolina licenses:  <span data-sheets-root="1">LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, LPC </span><em>as well as your state of residence if it is not North Carolina.</em></strong>  All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process</li> <li>Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings</li> <li>Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach</li> <li>Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools</li> <li>Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity</li> <li>Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Benefits of Joining Affect</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>The salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000 and will commensurate with experience and professional license.</li> <li>Full-time employees may enroll in offered medical, dental, and vision coverage and also provided employer paid life and disability insurance. </li> <li>Paid vacation, sick time, company observed holidays and parental leave is provided to full-time employees.</li> <li>Flexible remote work options with full-time and part-time schedules</li> <li>Opportunities for continuing education and professional development</li> <li>Supportive team culture focused on impact, collaboration, and innovation</li> <li>Be part of building a modern, inclusive, and accessible mental health care system<br><br></li> </ul> <p><em><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Join us as we expand our mission—empowering recovery, healing, and hope through digital-first mental health care.</strong></span></em></p>
