Monday.com Solutions Architect

Description:

  • Communicate directly with clients via email, Google Meet, Loom updates, and live calls.
  • Lead and participate in client calls with confidence and clarity.
  • Translate business processes into effective monday.com boards, automations, and dashboards.
  • Continuously improve existing systems as client needs evolve.
  • Troubleshoot issues calmly and professionally.
  • Address client questions and concerns with ownership and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Create Loom videos to explain changes, decisions, and system logic.
  • Document work clearly and consistently.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teammates and implementation leads.

Requirements:

  • Experience communicating directly with clients through email, Google Meet, and Loom.
  • Ability to lead and participate in client calls confidently and clearly.
  • Experience translating business processes into monday.com boards, automations, and dashboards.
  • Ability to continuously improve systems as client needs change.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a calm, professional approach.
  • Ability to explain processes and system logic in a way that builds confidence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize complex systems over time.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with logic and pattern recognition.
  • High standards for organization, accuracy, and structured workflows.
  • Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRMs is preferred.
  • Background in operations, process improvement, or systems design is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automations, integrations, or light development work is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, WordPress, Google Docs, monday.com, Airtable, Microsoft Project, Make, Zapier, Python, Java, Supabase, or Lovable.
