<b>Logistic Coordinator (AG Retail) </b><br><b>Job Responsibilities - What you will do:</b><br>• Act as primary go-to person for your assigned geography<br>• Review orders and available inventory<br>• Process order changes/cancellations<br>• Work with locations on shipping schedules, orders and meeting deadlines<br>• Determine the most efficient/economical method of shipping<br>• Create shipping paperwork and schedule loads<br>• Coordinate returns and reconcile inventory counts<br>• Follow established policies, procedures and objectives<br>• Other duties as assigned<br><b>Job Requirements - What you will bring:</b><br>• Minimum 1 year customer service and/or shipping experience required<br>• High school diploma or equivalent<br>• Excellent customer service skills• Effective decision making and problem-solving skills<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br>• Strong initiative and adaptable to change<br>• Must be able to thrive in a team environment<br>• Ability to build relationships with our internal and external customers/partners<br>• Excellent organizational skills and able to work under deadline pressure<br>• Knowledge of procedures such as managing records, using excel, answering phone calls<br>• Occasional travel required<br>• Agricultural background preferred, but not required<br>#LI-PO1 Salary: USD 43200 - 72000 per year
