<p>At CreatorGlobal, we set the industry standard for dubbing quality, with a blend of traditional and innovative approaches.</p>
<p>We are in the process of expanding our language coverage, and are looking for someone with a background in audiovisual translation in the English to Italian pair.</p>
<p>As a Localization Specialist you'll be an integral part of our creative team, driving the localization process of English videos into your native language.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Optimize translations and adapt for dubbing and localization from the English source video</li>
<li>Select and refine voice casts to ensure they match the English source video</li>
<li>Utilize new technologies to enhance dubbed content</li>
<li>Manage first-hand the production and quality control of dubbed content</li>
<li>Preliminary post-editing of clips to improve synchronization and combining inputs (in collaboration with editing team)</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>C1+ English</li>
<li>Native Italian</li>
<li>Experience with video-editing and audio-editing tools, preferably in dubbing or voiceover production</li>
<li>A scrappy self-starter with an owner-mindset </li>
<li>Comfortable working with emerging production tools and voice technologies</li>
<li>Organized and structured, but able to quickly adapt to changes in plans and priorities</li>
<li>Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
</ul>
<h2>Advantages & nice to have</h2>
<ul>
<li>1-3 years translation and or adaptation for dubbing</li>
<li>Experience working in either localization, production and/or post production</li>
</ul>
<h4>Location: Remote – Italy preferred</h4>
