Parallel is a Restaurant and Manufactory of Sesame butter (Tahini) located at the trendy Geary Avenue.

We are looking for a lead server to join our team! We are looking for someone who is energetic, personable and has experience serving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements and skill sets:

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years serving in a fast-paced environment
Open availability including weekends
Able to engage with guests and talk about Parallel's products
Excellent communication skills
Ensure food service and quality control
Familiar with POS systems and payment terminals
Maintain cleanliness of storefront, dining room, and patio
Knowledge of food and bar beverages
Experience with online reservation systems
Able to serve in sections of up to 30-40 guests

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Pay: $17.60 per hour
