Teaching & Learner Engagement</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Deliver high-impact live sessions on Agentic AI & Machine Learning</li> <li>Lead small-group coaching sessions for hands-on problem-solving and doubt resolution</li> <li>Run assignment reviews to reinforce concepts and deepen understanding</li> <li>Conduct mock interviews (ML System Design, Coding) with actionable feedback</li> <li>Provide 1:1 mentorship on career transitions and interview prep</li> <li>Host cohort orientations to drive engagement and set expectations</li> </ul> <h4><strong>B. Curriculum Development & Review</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end curriculum for Agentic AI/ML (content, assignments, projects)</li> <li>Continuously update material with latest tools, trends, and industry practices</li> <li>Design evaluation frameworks, rubrics, and assessments</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality and learner outcomes</li> </ul> <h4><strong>C. Marketing & Thought Leadership</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Create masterclasses, webinars, and video content to drive learner growth</li> <li>Publish and review technical content (blogs, social, insights)</li> <li>Represent IK at events, meetups, and conferences</li> </ul> <h4><strong>D.
