The Role

We have the foundation in place. Our email and SMS flows are already set up and running, but the execution isn't driving the results we need and the creative is missing the mark. We're looking for someone to come in, audit what exists, and build a strategy to grow revenue across both channels.

This is a hands-on role for a real partner, not a set-it-and-forget-it operator. We want someone in the weeds with us, taking initiative, reviewing things, flagging opportunities, and actively contributing.

What You'll Do

Audit our existing email and SMS flows

Build a clear strategy to optimize and grow revenue across both channels

Lead a creative overhaul and own creative execution

Sharpen creative, optimize emails, and drive revenue

Take initiative: spot opportunities, offer suggestions, and stay actively involved

What We're Looking For

Proven experience growing email, SMS as revenue channels and generating customer reviews

Strong creative instincts and the ability to execute, not just advise

Experience with [Klaviyo / Yotpo]

A self-starter who thrives being in the weeds with a small team
