ITIL Release & Deployment Management Analyst Specialist

Collaborate with development and operations teams to plan, coordinate, and execute the release and deployment of new IT services and updates. Conduct thorough analysis of release requirements and create detailed release plans and schedules. Utilize ITIL processes and methodologies to ensure successful and efficient release and deployment of IT services. Develop and maintain release management policies, procedures, and documentation. Perform risk assessments and identify potential issues or roadblocks in the release process. Communicate with stakeholders and teams to provide status updates and address any concerns or issues. Monitor and track release progress and provide timely reports to management. Coordinate and facilitate release review meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the release and deployment process.
