Inside Sales/Warehouse Assistant – Hydraulic Products

Politech Group supplies hydraulic connectors, hose assemblies, quick disconnects, and various other hydraulic products to a variety or markets across Ontario. We are expanding and looking for a highly organized, customer‑focused Inside Sales Representative who can wear multiple hats and assist in our warehouse picking orders, building hose assemblies, and helping out wherever needed.

Position: Inside Sales Representative / Warehouse Assistant

This is a critical role that ensures customers receive fast, accurate support and that every opportunity is captured, followed up, and converted.

What You’ll Do

• Handle all inbound customer requests, including quotes, reorders, product questions, and stock checks.
• Prepare and send accurate, timely quotes and follow up proactively to close business.
• Build hydraulic hose assemblies, pick and inspect orders. Identify and quote replacement hoses and other hydraulic products.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with active and dormant accounts to prevent revenue leak.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across all hydraulic and pneumatic related products.
• Maintain 100% CRM accuracy with notes, follow‑ups, and next steps.
• Monitor customer buying patterns and flag declines, gaps, or new opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and long‑term relationships.

What You Bring

• 2–5+ years of inside sales, customer service, or customer success experience (hydraulic preferred).
• 2-3+ years of warehouse experience, able to drive a forklift and work with power tools.
• Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and customer‑focused.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy.
• Experience with quoting, order entry, and CRM systems.
• A proactive mindset — you don’t wait for customers to call; you reach out.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with hydraulics, fittings, hose, or industrial products (an asset).
• A passion for helping customers and growing accounts.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
