IBM OpenPages Consultant

You will implement and configure IBM OpenPages solutions to meet client requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure IBM OpenPages solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and reports.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define solution designs.
  • Develop technical documentation, such as configuration guides, solution designs, and user manuals.
  • Integrate IBM OpenPages with external systems and applications through collaboration with technical teams.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain software currency.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring IBM OpenPages in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) principles.
  • Hands-on experience customizing OpenPages forms, workflows, and reports.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management using Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Skills

  • IBM OpenPages or GRC management certifications.
