<h3><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>IAM Platform Support Specialist - Spanish Bilingual</strong></span></span><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:11px;"><strong>Location:</strong> Remote - US</span></h3><p><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Identity & Access Management (IAM) Support Engineer II to support enterprise identity security platforms within a 24x7 operations environment. This role provides Level 2 support for IAM and access management technologies, troubleshooting authentication, provisioning, identity governance, and access-related issues. Candidates with hands-on experience supporting IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM Verify, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager, Okta, or other enterprise identity solutions are encouraged to apply.</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">This position supports government-related programs and requires U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.</span></span></p><h3><strong><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Key Responsibilities</span></span></strong></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide Level 2 operational support for enterprise IAM environments.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Troubleshoot and resolve authentication, authorization, provisioning, and SSO-related incidents.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Support identity lifecycle management processes, including onboarding, role management, and deprovisioning.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Monitor IAM systems and respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Support user access reviews, compliance activities, and audit requests.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in shift rotations and after-hours support as required.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Escalate complex issues appropriately and drive resolution through closure.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist with platform upgrades, patching, and operational maintenance activities.</span></span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Required Qualifications</span></span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">2+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management solutions.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11px;"><span
