*Responsibilities
Supervise field service teams responsible for HVAC system installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting across multiple sites.
Conduct quality inspections on installed equipment, refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and plumbing fixtures to verify compliance with specifications.
Provide technical support to service technicians by diagnosing issues related to HVAC/R (refrigeration), and property maintenance tasks.
Oversee equipment repair processes utilizing tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment; ensure proper maintenance of mechanical components.
Ensure adherence to safety standards by inspecting electrical wiring, mechanical installations, and welding practices; enforce proper use of personal protective equipment.
Lead training sessions on HVAC system operation, troubleshooting techniques, and safety procedures for team members.
*Skills
Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation and property maintenance projects.
Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC systems repair and maintenance.
Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment repair, welding.
Familiarity with field service operations including troubleshooting complex mechanical issues on-site.
