HVAC Technical Support/Quality Control Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HVAC Technical Support/Quality Control Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining the highest standards of HVAC system performance and quality assurance.   • *Responsibilities
  • Supervise field service teams responsible for HVAC system installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting across multiple sites.
  • Conduct quality inspections on installed equipment, refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, and plumbing fixtures to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Provide technical support to service technicians by diagnosing issues related to HVAC/R (refrigeration), and property maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee equipment repair processes utilizing tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment; ensure proper maintenance of mechanical components.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards by inspecting electrical wiring, mechanical installations, and welding practices; enforce proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Lead training sessions on HVAC system operation, troubleshooting techniques, and safety procedures for team members.
  • *Skills
  • Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation and property maintenance projects.
  • Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC systems repair and maintenance.
  • Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment repair, welding.
  • Familiarity with field service operations including troubleshooting complex mechanical issues on-site.
  • Proficiency using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters;
experience with equipment calibration and testing procedures.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience in maintenance management and property upkeep.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
