The role partners closely with leaders across shared services, customer service, and sales to drive an engaging, high‑performance culture. This position also ensures compliance with Canadian and Quebec legislation—including CNESST, pay equity, and provincial regulatory bodies—and contributes to corporate HR initiatives. <h2 style="margin: 10pt 0in 0in;
