HR recruiter

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selections.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies for diverse industries.
  • Ensure a positive recruitment experience for candidates.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Support HR projects such as policy development, handbooks, and engagement surveys.
  • Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and internal standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
  • Proven experience managing multiple hiring projects or client accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • experience with ATS or HRIS is a plus.
